HOW CAN I OBTAIN A COPY OF AN INVOICE OR PROOF OF PURCHASE?
While an invoice is issued for each purchase, FRAQAIR does not issue any duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions stated in the terms and conditions for sale.
In the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to obtain a duplicate invoice by providing supporting documents, including a copy of the complaint form, affidavit, and a valid form of ID.
