Traditional Italian Lasagna Recipe
The key to a delicious lasagna is using the right ingredients.
Start by making the meat ragu. You will need ground meat and tomato sauce.
First, heat oil in a pan and sauté one small onion for 1-2 minutes. Then add 400 grams of ground meat and mix it well. After 4-5 minutes, add about 800 ml of tomato sauce.
Let the mixture simmer on low heat for at least 45 minutes.
To make a good béchamel sauce, follow these steps:
1. Gather 30 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of flour, and about 400 milliliters of milk.
2. Put all the ingredients in a small pot.
3. Turn the heat to low and stir constantly for about 10 minutes.
4. The sauce is ready when it starts to boil and looks like cream, rather than milk.
Once the mixture boils, turn off the heat.
Now, you can layer your lasagna.
Take a glass container and grab 1 pack of lasagna pasta.
Start with 1 large spoonful of meat ragu on the bottom of the glass dish. Add a layer of pasta next. Then, put more meat ragu on top of the pasta. Sprinkle-grated Parmigiano cheese and add cubes of mozzarella cheese on top.
Repeat these layers 1 to 2 times.
Let the lasagna sit outside for a bit to soak up the juices before cooking. Bake it in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes.
